Overview of the VP of Finance & Operations role:
- This VP of Finance & Operations will work closely with the executive team on decision making
- Responsible for overseeing a team of 5 responsible for AP, AR, general accounting functions and IT
- Oversight of the budgeting/forecasting
- Guiding software improvements/special projects
- Maintaining a standard cost system
- Oversight of HR & IT
- Risk management
- Ad hoc projects
Preferred Qualifications for the VP of Finance & Operations:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Previous experience supervising a team
- CPA is preferred
- Process improvement mindset and experience
Salary: $150k - $175k based on experience
